Corporate fundraisers often are a lot of work, don't make that much money for the organization and sometimes the products are not that special. Plus they can be a lot of work for the nonprofit. He wanted to offer something different. This offers organizations a high-quality, locally-raised product, raises funds for the organization and doesn't create a bunch of extra work. When we process our pigs we have a big influx of meat and that takes up freezer space. So being able to sell more of it in a planned timeframe is helpful to us logistically.
