Berkshire Pork is the Wagu Beef of pork. Marbled with fat, delicious and red, it is a flavour experience unlike any other. Our pigs are raised on pasture with a supplementary grain diet here in beautiful Golden, BC.
Each quarter of pork contains 25lbs of meat and generally includes:

-Pork Chops
-Shoulder Chops
-Pork Shoulders
-Pork Hocks
-Spare Ribs
-Smoked Bone-in Ham
-Smoked Boneless Ham (Also called a Ham Nugget)
