For every pork quarter sold, $50 is fundrasied for the APES PAC.
Berkshire Pork is the Wagu Beef of pork.
Marbled with fat, delicious and red, it is a flavour experience unlike any other. Our pigs are raised on pasture with a supplementary grain diet here in beautiful Golden, BC.
Each quarter of pork contains 25lbs of meat and generally includes:
-Sausages
-Pork Chops
-Shoulder Chops
-Pork Shoulders
-Pork Hocks
-Spare Ribs
-Smoked Bone-in Ham
-Smoked Boneless Ham (Also called a Ham Nugget)
-Smoked Bacon
-Breakfast Sausages
FAQ
How the fundraiser works:
1. You purchase your pork quarter through the website.
2. Farmer Scott will reach out to you and coordinate a delivery to your home, or a meet-up in town if you live outside of town.
3. You receive your delicious pork and APES PAC receives their fundraising dollars!

Why do you run fundraisers?
Farmer Scott has worked with many nonprofits, often as the treasurer or fundraiser. Corporate fundraisers often are a lot of work, don't make that much money for the organization and sometimes the products are not that special. Plus they can be a lot of work for the nonprofit. He wanted to offer something different. This offers organizations a high-quality, locally-raised product, raises funds for the organization and doesn't create a bunch of extra work. We hope to run this for different nonprofits several times a year moving forward.
Why pork? What about chicken or eggs?
Yes we do sell both of those, but pork quarters is what makes sense to do as a fundraiser. When we process our pigs we have a big influx of meat and that takes up freezer space. So being able to sell more of it in a planned timeframe is helpful to us logistically. If you are interested in our chicken or eggs, check out the other pages of our website.
