Berkshire Pork is the Wagu Beef of pork. Marbled with fat, delicious and red, it is a flavour experience unlike any other. Our pigs are raised on pasture with a supplementary grain diet here in beautiful Golden, BC.
Each pork pack is at least 10lbs of meat and generally includes:
-Sausages: 2 types, 1lbs of each type (For example 1lbs of Smokies, 1lbs of Bratwursts)
-Pork Chops 2lbs (Generally 4 pork chops total)
-Butt Steaks 1lbs (2 steaks)
-Smoked Bone-in or Boneless Ham 2-4lbs
-Smoked Bacon 1lbs
-Breakfast Sausages 1lbs
